How do you get young females excited about Zanussi? Simple, leverage the brands

‘good looking’ Italian heritage.

We launched a search to find the next Hot Italian Model, teaming up with Look magazine to help us choose the new face of Zanussi. We drove them online to our website to vote for a shortlist and on to our Facebook and Twitter sites to let them talk to each other. 

We then invented the human coupon – the Hupon – to act as a promotional poster / redemption device that was a huge hit in stores.
